Fr. Agustino Torres, C.F.R. is a priest with the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal based in the Bronx, NY, a community dedicated to working with the poor and to evangelization. He is founder of Corazon Puro and Latinos por la Vida, which are organizations dedicated to awakening and accompanying young leaders in areas of great need. He hosts the EWTN Español television show “Clic con Corazon Puro,” as well as in English, following in the footsteps of Fr. Benedict Groeshel on “Sunday Night Prime,” and now hosts a new show “ICONS.”

He was one of the friars who founded Catholic Underground, an apostolate of the Friars of the Renewal; Casa Guadalupe, and JPII houses of discernment for women and men respectively. He is internationally sought to address topics like the Church’s teachings about human sexuality, vocational discernment, and missionary discipleship, among other topics.

Using the art of illusion, Giancarlo shares a unique perspective on faith and what it means to seek Truth.  His Catholic faith, BA in Religious Studies, and love of apologetics have allowed him to create a program tailored to Catholic audiences.

​Attentive to the needs of the Church today, Giancarlo has crafted a show designed to entertain audiences while inspiring them to seek God through the sacraments of the Church and to wholeheartedly pursue their call to sainthood.

My mission is simple, to encourage others to refuse to settle for the things of this world, but rather to strive for more, to strive for Him. I want to be his instrument and help unite hearts to the Heart that heals, restores, and ultimately beats out of love for us.

Father Augustine Wetta is the author of PRAY.  THINK. ACT. , THE EIGHTH ARROW and HUMILITY RULES (which has been translated into five languages and sold over 100,000 copies!). He is a monk of Saint Louis Abbey in Saint Louis, Missouri, where he teaches high school and coaches rugby. He has degrees from Oxford University, Rice University, and Middlebury College. Father Augustine grew up on a tropical island, where he learned to surf and was nearly eaten by a shark. He has also worked as a professional juggler, beach patrol lifeguard and archaeologist. During his spare time, he raises carnivorous plants, carpenter ants, and makes armor.
